Structural Only Building Report

This is a simplified version of the full comprehensive report. This report will alert you of costs that may influence your decision regarding the purchase of the property. This report is ideal for properties under 20 years of age and is priced at a cheaper rate that the full comprehensive report and meets Australian Standards (AS 4349.1).

Fully Comprehensive Pest Report

Our pest report exceeds Australian Standard (AS 3660) by incorporating Termite Detection Dogs along with our Pest Inspectors.

• All of our inspections provide a report based on the observations from a visual inspection on the condition of the property.
