If it's advice you are after in regards to renovating your home or planning an extension, we can assist and save you time and money by steering you in the right direction.
We are Registered Building Practitioners and have over 25 years experience in the building industry. Draftsman and Architects have great ideas, but before you outlay money on plans for a renovation or extension, why not first see if it is viable and in your budget.
Our Inspectors will inspect subfloors, roof spaces and on the roof, taking many photographs so the information can be easily explained to you verbally or on a report. We can get to places that you are unable to see yourself and others claim to have been!
- Are tradesman or builders being honest with the extra works that they say are required costing you more $$$$$$$?
- Are you on Owner Builder and would like advice on how to co-ordinate your tradesman and in what order?
Have the problems or area assessed by someone that is totally unbiased and experienced before you had over your money. We are not making money from works required unlike your tradesman.
We can send you a report after the inspection or if you are wanting to save some money, we can offer a verbal inspection.
If we are unable to assist you in regards to your Building Advice Inspection, we will not charge you!
