Building Inspection
Reports professionally performed on laptop computers with numerous digital photographs to help explain problem areas.
Approximately 30 images per report are taken, this includes all movement internal and external as well as documented, so you can monitor them in the future. Moisture problems, safety issues, structural problems, asbestos, current regulations and a general comparison compared to other dwellings of similar age and constructions, just to name a few!
