These inspection tools are used in conjunction with our Pest Inspectors who are registered and licensed with the Health Department and possess a minimum of 5 years experience with Termites.
Our reports are detailed and inform you on Termites, Borer, Fungal Decay and Wood Rot.
Their experience can inform you whether the property has been treated for Termites and if Termites are present.
Our Building Inspectors also carry with them Moisture Meters for dampness problems around wet areas or for rising/falling damp in walls.
They also use a sounding device to determine if cement sheeting is present that could contain asbestos not plaster linings.
The thermal camera is also very useful in assessing where drafts are and heat is lost from a building, this is useful in getting your energy rating up and saving heating costs $$$$
