The reason we went with buy-wise was you offered a superior and comprehensive service compared to other providers including the dogs. Reports were easy to navigate and we knew exactly what we were getting. Your website also contained all the necessary information to help us decide to use buy-wise.

We were very happy with the two inspections you conducted for us and found them very helpful. Although there thankfully wasn't much that needed to be done to the house immediately after settlement apart from a couple of safety issues, it was very helpful to be alerted to other areas we may need to keep an eye on or fix up over time. It gave us great confidence in what we were buying being first time home buyers with no building experience at all!! Definitely worth the money.

I did ring four other inspection services for quotes after ringing Buywise but straight away felt most comfortable with Buywise. Mainly because my calls at other places were answered by call centre staff whereas my call at Buywise was answered by Peter who gave me confidence that I was speaking with someone who was a builder and actually knew what he was talking about and what was important from the very first call. He was able to offer on the spot advice which the the other call centre staff couldn't. Also, the price wasn't beaten by any of the other companies I rang.

We’re very pleased that the purchase is all set to go ahead with settlement on 30^th September.

We chose Buy Wise for the convenience of doing both pest and building inspections together, value for money, helpful staff and the ability to fit our inspections in with very short notice (as we left it a little too close to the deadline!). We were very pleased to receive the report so quickly and the colour photos really help explain the comments made by the inspector.

Also, the use of Termite Detection Dogs was something we had not come across before but, after reading up on them we had confidence that they would bring us the most accurate results. Coincidentally we also have a Beagle, so have a little soft spot and know how talented they are!

We honestly have no suggestions for improvement! The whole process went ahead quickly and smoothly.
